Payment & Policies

Hernandez Consulting LLC provides individualized educational consulting services for middle and high school students and their families. The policies below are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a positive working relationship.

• Payment is required to reserve services.
• All invoices are issued electronically and payable through Stripe or Zelle.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options supported by Stripe or Zelle.
• Payments submitted via Zelle are treated as final and subject to the same cancellation and refund policies outlined above.

Services begin once payment (or required deposit) is received.

For packages, payment may be made in full or through an agreed-upon payment plan. Payment plans must remain current for services to continue.

• Application coaching packages may require an initial deposit to begin services.
• Remaining balances may be divided into monthly payments, as outlined on the invoice.

Payment plans are billed automatically according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

• Individual sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

• Individual sessions are non-refundable once completed.
• Package services are non-refundable once work has begun, including but not limited to planning, document review, strategy development, or written feedback.
• Unused sessions within a package do not carry cash value.

Hernandez Consulting LLC provides guidance, strategy, and support related to:

• College planning
• Application coaching
• Essay development
• Academic organization

Financial aid and scholarship guidance

While services are designed to support students thoughtfully and ethically, admission decisions and financial aid outcomes are determined solely by colleges and universities. No guarantees are made regarding admissions, scholarships, or financial aid awards.

• Communication occurs primarily via email unless otherwise agreed.
• Response times may vary during peak application periods.

Priority response is reserved for clients enrolled in packages that include expanded support.
